You own your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account, content, and any personal information we hold, and how long the process takes.
This Data Deletion Policy describes how Google SEO Agency ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") handles data deletion requests from users of AI Marketing Studio ("Service") at marketing-studio.googleseoagency.com. It applies to all data collected through your account, including content, integrations, and analytics.
You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes:
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and any active subscriptions, scheduled posts, or third-party connections will be terminated.
You can delete your account in two ways:
For email requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing to prevent unauthorised deletions. Verification is usually a single reply from your registered email confirming the request.
Once we receive and verify your request, the following steps are taken:
Even after you request deletion, we may retain certain data for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
All retained data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
When you delete your AI Marketing Studio account, we also remove our access to your connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp, etc.) by revoking OAuth tokens. However, any data that you previously published to those platforms from our Service (for example, a LinkedIn post that we created and published on your behalf) remains on those platforms after your account is deleted.
To delete content that we published on your behalf, you must delete it directly from the respective platform. Each platform provides its own tools for this:
If you signed in to AI Marketing Studio using Google Sign-In, you can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via Google Account security settings. Once revoked:
Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For users who connected a Facebook or Instagram account, we honour the Facebook Platform's data deletion requirements. You can request deletion of all data we have received from Facebook or Instagram about you by following the deletion steps in Section 2. We will:
Before you delete your account, we recommend exporting your data. You can download an archive of your content from Settings → Account → Export Data. The archive includes:
Exports are available in JSON and CSV formats. Once your account is deleted, no further exports can be generated.
